What should I do when it says check printer cartlidge

Get a technician to fix it.

If catridge is in reach of your fingers then pull it back otherwise you have to open the chasis screw of the printer and pull out upper cover and rotate the belt and you can then make printer workable

Make sure that the cartridges that you are putting back in match the ones that you took out.Make sure that they are the right part number for what you are replacing.Try putting the old ones back in and see if you are having a problem doing that if not than look real close to the new ones and make sure that the notches are in the right place.Hope that this will help you some..

Sorry Dear , But Now You need any technical Asst. B'coz now you have to open the cabinet and than only you can remove the cartridges.

Replace the printer!Its cheaper than replacing the Printhead!

Have you checked that you've removed any tags fully. Sometimes if you remove a tag and there is some left that you haven't spotted they will cause problems.

Failing that, you may have a faulty cartridge. Do you have another cartridge to try?
