Question about Dynex Wireless Optical Mouse
I plug in the USB adapter thing and the mouse is on and the batteries work but my computer does not recognize the device. How do u fix this?
Try to check if is it properly installed not just the hardware but as well as the software. Basically when we plug in a usb deice especially first time you inserted that device it sometimes need allowable time to install its driver. Also try to check if you computer supports plug and play device such as USB cause sometimes not all USB device are supported in all different types of hardware.
