I purchased a ellington fan from a discount store and it doesn't have the instruction to operate. How can I get these papers that I need to put the fan up and operate it properly? The pull chain on my Regency ceiling fan has 4 positions, but the speed doesn't change: it runs on high speed for each of the first 3 positions, and then turns off at position 4.

mcdevito75 here Chances are the switch to change the fan speed is faulty, contact Ellington or see any store that sells ceiling fans for replacement switch if you can get one.
