If this is the same model as the one you have dont forget the 402A has a brush roll on/off function located on the main power switch so that it can be used with the beater bar on or off. If you remove the sole plate you'll find a toothed drive belt. These don't normally break and can be difficult to find a replacement. Check EBAY or Electrolux/Boss for replacements. It may just have slipped off its mechanism.

No suck at head hose has suck how do i get to belt, is there a free manual?

You should be able to easily locate the belt from the underside. Make sure your brushes are not clogged with animal/human hair, fibers/threads,etc. Try eureka.com to request paperwork.

Eureka vaccuum blowing out and not sucking in

Hi There,
I am going to assume you are talking about a Eureka upright vacuum.
The cause for this is generally either
A) Broken Belt - Which you can easily fix by changing belt
or
B) Blockage in the hose somewhere - Basically test the suction with the machine turned on with you attachment hose and see if you have suction. If you do check the belt and make sure you clear out any muck left around the roller.

Beater bar is not turning... but vacuum is sucking fine.

Hello. Usually when the beater bar is not turning it is due to the belt breaking. The fix is to get a new belt and install it. Be sure to use a Eureka belt to get the best results.
Kindly rate my answer as helpful. Thanks. Joe

Not sucing

The reason it is not picking up is probably because the belt is stretched, worn or broken and is not turning the brush the way it should and therefore not picking anything up. You should change the belt on your model at least once a year. Here is a link to the belt you need and a link to the owners manual which has belt changing instructions:

Eureka Altima Bagless Upright Brush is not spinning

You probably just have a broken belt. The belt needs to be changed about every 6 months regardless. I believe yours takes a style EXT U(Extended life upright), or a regular Eureka "U" belt works fine too.

No sucking

Could be that the dust cup filter is clogged, part #60958, or the inlet down by the brush roll is clogged.
