I have to hold the filter when making coffee - if I don't the filter holder starts to unwind and then coffee and water spurts everywhere. It has only just started this and I clean it constantly making sure that both the filter sieve and also wipe the underside of the filter connection to the machine. The coffee when it comes out is now starting to dribble out instead of flowing slowly out. Its getting a bit of a bind to make a cup of coffee these days and I'm hoping you can come up with a reason why its reacting this way. The on/off switch is steady and not blinking - as your instructions say it is due for de-scaling.

I love my large 6 cup Chambord Stovetop Espresso Maker, it works perfectly every time. Why can't I get the smaller 3 cup espresso maker to work as well? I do the same thing for each but the smaller espresso maker almost NEVER works and I hate it! What is the deal?
