I dont know how to delete the email address of recieved mail so i can forward with out sending all the addresses on that message i have aol 9 and a dell computer

    my aol e-mail keeps adding Aol.com to e-mails that are not aol-then won't send it

Once you have hit the FORWARD button, you should be able to "edit" the eMail itself. You can then remove all the names from the top of the eMail you received before sending it along ...

Be careful doing it, because sometimes you select too much to delete and it takes out the part you wanted to keep!

I receive E-mails,but can't reply to them


I'll assume this is a general problem and not only on occasion. I'll also assume that you're using a "mail" app to read your mail.
If so: Some providers do not accept outgoing mail from a server other than what they see for your computer. They will Deliver, but if you're using wifi or a cell connection, it looks too much like someone else hacking in.

The workaround is to use a browser and the provider's "webmail address". I use Safari and bookmark my access. It remembers my password and turns ut to be easier to delete old mail. Log on to your provider's website and look for its mail options.

How do I set up another Gmail account. I don't want to delete my other. I just want another domain email.


Sign out of your gmail account. Create a new account.

To receive emails from the second account
Next, in order to see emails sent from your secondary to your primary account, you should set up forwarding. Keep in mind that you can also forward emails from your primary to your secondary account should you want all messages from both emails in both inboxes. To set up forwarding:

1. Click the gear in the top right.
2. Select Settings.
3. Select the Forwarding and POP/IMAP tab.
4. Click Add a forwarding address in the "Forwarding" section.
5. Enter the primary email address
6. For your security, we'll send a verification to that email address.
7. Open your primary email account (signing out of the secondary account), and find the confirmation message from the Gmail team.
8. Click the verification link in that email.
9. Back in your secondary account, refresh the page.
10. Select the Forward a copy of incoming mail to option and make sure your new forwarding address is listed in the first drop-down menu.
11. In the second drop-down menu, choose what you want Gmail to do with your messages in that secondary account, such as keep Gmail's copy in the Inbox or archive Gmail's copy.
12. Click Save Changes at the bottom of the page.

There is an issue with your outgoing email server settings. Try to set them to match your incoming settings. Most email clients allow you to place a checkmark in the box for "Use Incoming Mail server settings"

I have a problem not to receive messages?


The best thing to do first is check with the sender to make sure that they actually sent the message.
If they have sent it, here's a list of conditions that will stop that email from getting through to you. If any of them describes your situation, you'll find instructions on how to resolve the issue just below. Hopefully, one of these will do the trick!
Incorrectly typed email address
Is the sender using your correct email address? Just one mistyped letter will cause an email to go to the wrong address or make it undeliverable. Ask them to double-check that they entered your address correctly.
Sender's email not functioning properly
Can this sender successfully send messages to other people? The problem could be on their end, with sending. Ask them to check.
Inbox needs refreshing ( Yahoo! Mail Classic)
New email often arrives while you're writing or reading another email. The all-new Yahoo! Mail updates your Inbox for you, so if you use it, you'll always see new mail when it arrives. But in Yahoo! Mail Classic, you won't see this new mail in your Inbox until you Refresh or Reload the page, or return to the Welcome Screen, or click Check Mail.
Note: Yahoo! Messenger shows an alert each time a new email arrives.
One of your filters could be directing the email into a folder
If you've set up filters, the message from this sender might be going directly to a different folder from your Inbox. Here's how to check your filters:
  • Click Options in the upper-right, and select More Options.
  • Click Filters.
  • See anything that might be capturing the mail you've been looking for?
  • Note: Messages in Trash can be deleted at any time. Once messages are deleted, they're gone forever, and can't be retrieved.
You're forwarding your mail to another email address

You're blocking this user
The sender's address might be on your Blocked Addresses list. Mail from blocked senders doesn't arrive or bounce-it's simply discarded. Here's how to check your Blocked Addresses list:

  • Under "Spam", click Block Addresses.
  • Scan the list for the address of the sender. If you see it, click it, then click Remove Block.
There's a delay in delivery
Messages are usually delivered within a few minutes. Very rarely, they are delayed while in transit. This is usually due to problems on the sender's mail server, heavy Internet traffic, or routing problems. Unfortunately, aside from waiting, there's no way to know whether a message has been delayed or whether it has been rendered undeliverable. If a sender can re-send it, have them do that.
No matter what the cause, the best solution is to ask the sender to re-send the message.

2. Click on MAIL button on the left hand side of the Yahoo screen. Then clickon the INBOX on the left hand side above all those folders. 3. CHECK YAHOO EMAIL:
Click "check mail" in the far left corner. You do not have to usethis feature, it is optional. Most Yahoo email appears in bold type when itfirst arrives and is unread. 4. READING ORPRINTING EMAIL:
Click on the subject to read the message. Double-click to open the yahoo emailmessage to another tab. You also need to perform this function to print thebody of a yahoo email. Press the printer icon on top of your screen or insideyahoo. 5. REPLYING TO EMAILS:
If you would like to reply when you are finished reading the message, click the"reply" box on the top (or bottom) of the email and type yourmessage. It will appear above the message that was sent to you. 6. MANAGING EMAIL:
If you are finished with the email message displayed on your screen and do notwant to save it, click on the delete button while that message is highlighted(this happened when you clicked on it). (Either on the message or on yourkeyboard - they both will do the same thing). 7. DELETING EMAIL:
When you click on an email, press delete on your keyboard or check the box nextto the email you wish to delete. Deleted emails then go to the trash. 8. EMPTY TRASH:
To empty the trash, click the empty trash option to the right of your Yahooscreen. Then you can be sure the message will not be retrieved. Emptying trashis the only way to eliminate the email entirely from the system. 9 SENDING A BRAND NEW EMAIL:
Click on the compose or new button in the left hand corner. Type therecipient's email address in the to field.

If you have stored any email addresses, they appear upon entry of therecipient's name or email address. Entering a subject is optional and it is nota requirement to use this feature. 10. SENT MAIL:
Email you send will then reside in the "sent mail" folder. Click thisfolder on the left side of the page to check for sent messages if needed.Delete messages in sent mail by checking the box in the delete column and thenclicking delete at the top or bottom of your screen. 11. EMAIL ADDRESS BOOK:
To add a yahoo email contact (address), click contacts, add contact inupper-left-hand corner. Type the first name and then skip down to the emailaddress. Add as much information as you would like into this screen. Save ifyou are finished or click save and add another address if you would like tocontinue adding to your address book. 12. TO FORWARD AN EMAIL:
Click the desired email. It will be highlighted (usually in blue) and clickforward on the top of your yahoo email screen. Type the recipient's address,click send. You can also type a short message before the email forward.

TIP: You could also type in SEVERAL email addresses to forward, just separatethem with a comma. 13. SPAM:
If you receive unwanted email, check the box to the right and click spam buttonon the top. This will tell Yahoo to send it to your bulk mail folder. Checkyour bulk mail folder periodically for emails you may want to save. 14. EMAIL ORGANIZATION:
Create a folder to store emails you want to save. (Optional) Click"Add" on the left beneath the folders section. Name the folder.Repeat the process for each file folder. You can add or delete to your emailfolders at any time. 15. SENDING ATTACHMENTS ANDPICTURES VIA EMAIL:
Locate the file in your computer(usually in My Pictures or My Documents folder) and click attach on the top.Attachment can be limited by the recipient's email provider. Considersending 2 or 3 emails if you have multiple photos or documents.

OFTEN WISH TO DELETE INFO HEADERS ON RECEIVED EMAIL BEFORE SENDING IT ON TO OTHERS. TRIED TOOLBAR TABS, ETC. BUT AS PC AMATEUR, DON'T KNOW HOW TO ACCOMPLISH IT.


If I understand your question, you just want to remove the header of an email, such as the From/To/Subject information before forwarding it to something else. If that is correct, then it is as simple as clicking the Forward button, then you can delete any text that is in that email, including the headers.

Once upon a time i sent mail to one friend tat mail not recieved but after 6 months i recieved mail delvery failure report daily .i dont want tat report .pls unsubscribe it


If you don't recieve them, how will you know that the person/people you're trying to email didn't receive them?

Those are a GOOD thing. It means there's something wrong with the address. I would consider going back to snail mail and avoiding e-mail altogether to avoid those notices... because unless you get the email address correct EVERY single time you send an email, there's no way to stop them.. Seriously... you should want to know when something you e-mailed failed. Those notices only mean you have the address wrong.

I have a old aim account that I have not used in ahile. I dont remember my password and says it has sent me a new one via email. The email I provided to aim has been deleted


Your password will be sent to the most current e-mail address that they have on record for your screen name. If you have changed your e-mail address and did not notify the AIM system of that update, then your password will still be sent to your old e-mail address. If this occurs and you are no longer able to access e-mail at your old address, then there is no way for them to inform you of your AIM password. In this case, you must register another screen name by choosing on the Sign On screen, and then clicking Sign On. Therefore, if you are planning to change your e-mail address, update your new address in AIM before you delete the old e-mail account.

Iphone email - sender address invalid


You need to set the outgoing mail server to one you can send from your iphone, ie the one your network carrier lists as you cannot send email through an AOL server unless you are using an AOL connection
