Get in touch with your local yam dealer ,and speak to a mechanic ,they may be able to help ,or get hold of a workshop manual .

Bent shift forks are the problem. Dealer should be able to confirm this. The repair is not cheap. Probably $800 or so.

On the right hand side of the engine, above the oil level window. Their is a round access cap held with three bolts. The oil filter is behind.
