My sub zero model 3211 has frozen ice at the back

My sub zero model 3211 has frozen ice at the back of the refrigerator. It's cold but doesn't seem cold enough and some food has spoiled before its time. What could be the problem?

if it is a solid ball of ice, that is just growing out of the back wall, then you need a new evaporator. That is leaking gas freezing the wall.
