Question about Electrical Supplies
I have a coleman powermate vantage 3500 generator. It will start great with just one pull, also runs great. then, all of the sudden it will quit like someone hit the stop switch. as soon as it dies I can start it right back up again. no load will be on the generator when this happens either.
If your oil is low the unit will run for a few seconds then shutdown.

Check for loose wiring connections, especially at the run or kill switch. Generators vibrate a lot so it could be as simple as something loose.
