Question about Brother HL-2040 Laser Printer
Have tried all the troubleshooting in earlier threads
When I restart the printer it makes the beginnings of the noise for checking the paper but it stops fairly abruptly
There were 2 missings screws that held the rear of the paper tray together that have been reinstated
Boss says he hasn't changed anything
Brother HL-2040 not printing at all, even after making all the funny noises, have checked everything and tried to re install, but it does not even print a test page after I just re plugged it and connected it

Try on pressing start buttom for 1 min to reset the machine.
it should be working fine after that.
