To let you know when the ionic breeze is working properly (Green Light) and when it needs to be cleaned (Blue light). Hope this helps.

sharper image recalled all their ionic breeze air purifiers because they dont work . check into the class action law suit

sharper image has a class action lawsuit against them for the ionic breeze you should look into it

they dont work any way didnt you hear about the class action lawsuit against them

I just fixed my proffessotional ionic. Im not sure what I did. lol. I took the screws out of the bottom, didnt see anything wrong, tho there is a piece of plastic in there, I dont know what it is. I cleaned the 2 center long metal like things, cleaned the contacts that the metal blades touch. cleaned the wires with alcohol and qtips, put it all back together, and it came on!!!!!!

He gave me a lot of information about cleaning,Which I already have and have done, but did not answer my question about the replacement blades.

had the same problem with ionic pro ca500. i took the unit apart and found a fuse that was blown and it works now. sorry but i don't know if there is any repair shops.
