Question about Casio Parts Cash Register PC Desktop
I need your help on my Sharp XE-A202.
By respond to the store as the cash register got an error and not working any more. My first sight was the whole string of 0's 0.0000000
I tried to clear the display but failed. I also look up in the user manual but found no clue how to figure it out.

Hi. It doesn't sound good. You might have memory corruption. I would do a RAM clear and re-program it. Take one battery out (under batt cover next to paper roll) Turn key to REg mode. Turn off at wall for 10 minutes, then turn back on. After machine comes back on, put battery back in. See if that solves the problem. You will need to re-program the machine afterwards. Mark
