Question about Panasonic Panaboard UB-5315

1 Answer

Everytime we go to use the printer it jams. If we unjam it, it will print, but the next time we go to use it, it does the same exact thing. We have tried taking out the paper, changing paper, turning it off and on, pretty much everything. There are no repair centers anywhere near us either.

How do I clean toner from machine?

Probably it's the jammed paper that might caused the error. I suggest have it serviced by the technician. Be aware of the paper handling capacity of your machine to minimize jamming:

Hi,
Cleaning the printer will solve the problem, follow these steps;
- Open the document you want to print
- Go to file > Print - Click properties in the print window - in the menu select 'Maintenance' - In the 'Maintenance' -you can see various cleaning procedures. - Do all the cleaning procedures and turn off the printer and turn ON. Now take a print!

There is a paper jam...how do I unjam it

Hi dorothyhover,

Here's how you would clear paper jam from your Brother HL 1430:

1. Remove the paper cassette completely from the printer.

2.
Pull any jammed paper up and out of the printer.

3.
Open the front cover and remove the drum unit assembly.

4. Pull any jammed paper up and out of the printer.

Do not remove the drum unit assembly with additional force at this time if you cannot remove it easily. Instead, pull the edge of the jammed paper from the paper cassette.

5. Open the rear cover and pull the paper towards the back of the printer, the fuser may get dirty with toner powder and may result in toner scatter on the next printed page or pages. Print a few copies of the test page until the toner scatter on the printed pages clears.

6. Close the rear cover and install drum unit assembly, close the front cover.

Hope it helps.

Thank you for using Fixya.

DUPLEX PAPER JAM

I posted previously. After buying new paper, the duplex printing is working. It is probably heavier than my previous paper, but not particularly thick (don't know the exact grade.) So if you have this problem, try buying some new paper a little thicker than you are using now.

Printer will not print

Try Closing and opening the paper output tray then press resume button on the printer while the printer is powered on,check the paper feeder ensure that there is nothing jamming up,if this doesn't work then let a canon technician have a look at it, the problem is minor.Hope you succeed
