SOURCE: spots on page

You need to clean the drum unit (use a soft cloth and/or a soft paint brush) and also slide the blue slider a couple of times to clean the wire.

SOURCE: Black toner spots appear on print outs

You have something stuck on your drum. See page 125 of your manual to clean it--it's just isopropyl alcohol on a Q-tip, but don't scrub. This happens (too) often to some people I know.

SOURCE: I purchased a new Brother TN-350 Toner, however

There's toner on the roller or the fuser wire needs cleaning. Open the printer, remove the toner cartidge and clean the inside of the printer with a soft brush.

Testimonial: "Thank you so much for your advice. I clean the roller and it's printing without the black spots on the paper. God bless you!"

When printing black dots appear chaotic, over the entire sheet of paper. What to do?

If the black dots appear on every sheet of paper it could be the fuser unit is wearing out or the drum unit. The way to check that is to stop a print half way through and remove the paper. If they are not there before the fuser unit but after it then it will be the fuser. Or if they are there before the fuser unit it will be the drum unit. If it they only appear specfic to one source then it is likely to be the source of the document. IE copying - check the optical area (scan glass etc). If on incoming Faxes it may well be the sender that has the problem and is just transmitting them to you. Hope this helps.

We have a Canon PC 400 copier. When making a

Remove the toner/drum cartridge. Carefully rotate the drum, via the end with gear, to check the edges for toner spots like appear on the copies. If located on drum, GENTLY wipe off with a dry cotton ball. Reinstall cartridge. Check to see that spots are gone. If spots reappear, replace with new cartridge (drum most likely damaged)

Paper when out put then see spot in middle page portate

I don't know the model of Canon Copier you have, and I don't know if your problem happens when you copy and print, or only when you copy, so it's hard to tell with the little information you've provided.

Let's assume the easiest solution is the correct one...

Is the "Spot" in the same location on every copy? Then clean glass.
does the spot move left to right across the page with each successive copy? Then replace the drum unit.

HP color laserjet 1600 - black spots on paper

It sounds like the toner drum may be having some issues, it can be replaced but it is not easy / inexpensive. It may be more cost effective to replace the unit. Otherwise it will need a replacement part for sure.

BLACK LINE ALONG RIGHT SIDE OF LETTER SIZE PAPER

Is this and Okidata C5100? And is the stripe vertical up and down on the page? I'm going to assume yes to both of those for the sake of trying to help. Worse case is the fuser unit in the machine is wearing in one spot and thats why the streak is appearing. Also, many color printers require a seperate drum unit or photo conductor unit. These could have a wear spot on them as well. They can fail long befor the change drum light appears. Other than that remove and inspect the black cartridge. If there is a shutter on it, pull back and inspect the two inner rollers. You're looking for any wear spots in a location that corresponds to the streaks on the paper...or an excessive amount of toner leaking from one spot on it. Hope this helps!!

4250tn print black spot

You either have a bad spot on the drum or a bad spot on the fuser rollers. Replace the cartridge first. If spot continues, take cartridge out and get inside with a flashlight. You'll probably find a piece of paper stuck to a roller.

Copier too dark

Did you clean the lens and the mirror under the lens cover? If so, There is a VR behind the front cover of most small Xerox machines. One VR makes the image darker/lighter and one VR changes the lead edge registration.

Specks on print out of Mono Laser Printer HL2040

If its spots this could have been from the cartridge or the fusser unit...
Do a half print test...send a print page to your printer listen to the printer print as soon as you think the printer has printed some little bit switch off the printer...take the cartridge and view the printed portion can you see the spots..if not.....than its your fusser unit thats marking the paper....remove the half printed paper slowly.....not to tear it......remover the fusser unit(hot unit)........at the back of the printer....towards the top....on the unit it self you will see a Teflon paper ....move the gear on the far end of the fusser unit itself and view if there is any spots....try cleaning this spots slowly as not to damage the Teflon or mark the Teflon.....
