a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.

Try this ....http://www.crest.com.au/support
Select the Total Control section and follow your nose. Just set mine up and used the "learn" part as I couldn't make out the model of tv.

You can download the manual from the American one for all website (not listed on the UK site) If you click on the link below it will take you straight to the online support page for manuals. On the screen it will say to find your manual 'click here' if you click on that it will take you to a follow on page where there will be a click box called 'catagory' if you click on that it will bring up a drop down box, if you look down it you will see your remote control listed (URC 4021 ENG) if you then click on that it will then bring up an online version of your user manual. You can either view it online or you can download it by clicking on the save icon (next to the icon of a printer) and save it to your desktop and view it fron there when ever you like.
Hope this helps,
