It's possible that your screen is dead and needs to be replaced. Try restarting your phone. If you've had it for less than a year contact your service provider for warranty support

Can't get the number lock key to work

Windows Key + U
Click 'On Screen Keyboard'
Bottom right hand side there is a button says 'NumLock', it will be white if on, black if off.
If this OK and not working, it sounds like the keypad itself is faulty. Try a factory reset before deciding to change the keypad. BIOS reset also may help.

Keypad on right side doesn't work

Try pressing your numlock (top left of the keypad) and try the numbers again. Try your keyboard in another computer -- if they still dont work, you have a hardware failure ... time for another keyboard. If it works on another computer, then I would recommend right-clicking on "My Computer" and selecting "Manage". Go into the hardware manager, and delete your keyboard, and reboot. The Windows will find your keyboard and reinstall the drivers, hopefully resetting whatever configuration was previously blocking your keypad keys.

I have a samsung genio touch how do i access the keypad during a call

On the right hand side of the phone, in just about the middle, is the button that's used to lock the phone.
When you make a call, once the ringing tone can be heard, press this button and hold it in until the screen changes.
One of the options on the new screen will be keypad (bottom left). Another option will be loudspeaker.
Hope this helps.

Work with an external numeric keyboard

I'm afraid that is not possible. The only way to overcome this is to get a full size USB keyboard and plug it into the laptop's USB port and type using the full size keyboard.
