Hi,
a 6ya Technician can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repair professionals here in the US.
click here to Talk to a Technician (only for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
Goodluck!

How can i get netflix to my tv

You can set up a Netflix account online from a computer. Once you have a Netflix account you would need a "Smart" TV to access Netflix. Your TV does not have the Netflix application... so you need another way to get Netflix, such as a game console (PS3/PS4/XBOX) or some sort of streaming TV box. It will connect to an HDMI port

Do you have either a smart TV, Nintendo Wii, Playstation 3/4 or an Xbox? You can run Netflix off these devices onto your TV.

How to sign out of Netflix

The Sony Bravia has the Netflix App built into the TV so it sound like the user who initially set it up is still logged in? They will most likely have to sign out through their Netflix account themselves, or you might be able to access the option through the Sony Essentials account that should have been set up with the TV.

You can follow this link to the Sony website for the issue. If you continue to have issues, I recommend the Chat option to the right of the page for live tech Support.

Netflix on samsung smart tv. how to use remote for account info

You cannot. Most people use netflix on a device that is connected to the TV, where the device has a different controller with a small keypad. for example an XBox 360.

I have a child account for my xbox live account and my parents and I would like to use Netflix. I have already tried signing up for it directly from my Xbox 360 and it said I couldn't due to the child...

You will need to upgrade your child account to an adult account to be able to use Netflix. Unfortunately this is not possible until the child reaches the legal age of 18 (US).

Once a child account is created it is managed from the date of birth indicated when applying for the account.

Netflix can't be bypassed to work on an Xbox 360 on a child account.

The only solution to view Netflix on the Xbox 360 is to have an adult account created and access via that account.

Recommend that you just stream using your computer. Plenty of options out there to get your PC hooked up to your TV if you need to view in a larger scale.

I can't get the movies to play. I have tried turning the concole off then back on, software updates, internet connections, and tv connection. netflix said to contact you

In order to use Netflix on a game console the first thing you must ensure is that your device is compatible. The three main compatible consoles are the Xbox 360, Playstation 3, and Wii.

If you have one of these systems, follow the instructions for the system below:

PS3:
1) Make sure your console is connected to the internet.

2) Log on to Playstation Network and download the Netflix app.

3) Install the app, then run it.
(NOTE: Playstation Network is currently down for maintenance. More than likely Netflix will not work until it is back up)

Wii:
1) Make sure you have a wireless network set up in your home.

2) Follow the Wii's onscreen instructions to connect to your network.

3) Go to to the "Wii Shop" channel on your Wii and download and install the Netflix app.

4) Run the app and follow the instructions.

Xbox:
1)Make sure your Xbox is connected to the internet

2) Log into Xbox Live with a Gold account.

3) Download and install the Netflix App from the "downloads" section.

4) Run the Netflix app and follow the instructions.

I am trying to get NetFlix on my XBox 360. I have a router, I have a subscription to NetFlix and Windows live. The XBox 360n test screen keeps telling me that my Microsoft Windows Meadia failed the test....

Netflix is available as a native XBox 360 app, accessible from the Dashboard. It will need to be installed the first time you try to run it, but after that it runs like any other app. You do have to have the system updated to the latest Dashboard to use it, however. Look for it in the video marketplace. No PC is required to utilize the app on the XBox, although the system does have to be authorized to connect to your Netflix account

We just bought a gold membership and when I'm in the middle of watching a show on netflix it tells me I don't have xbox live.

I take it you activated your netflix account please ensure this by following these steps.
If you have an Xbox LIVE Gold membership and a Netflix account, all you have to do is activate your account on your console.
  1. Go to Video Marketplace and open Netflix.
  2. Select Yes, I want to activate instant streaming.
  3. Write down the activation code that appears on the screen.
  4. On your computer, go to www.netflix.com/activate , enter the activation code, and click Activate.
As soon as your account is active, your Instant Queue will appear on your console. Follow the steps below to watch an item from your queue.
NoteThere are some types of Netflix accounts that do not support streaming for the instant Queue. If you have one of those accounts, you'll see an error message suggesting that you upgrade your account to one that does support streaming.
..

if this isnt the problem then it sounds like it may have to do with the controller idling out. Such as the controller shuts off and then signs off xbox live thus interrupting your movie. I have seen this before and there isnt much you can do for it except get a xbox 360 tv style remote or just try not to idle the controller. Thanks, Midwest-tek
