What does monitor speaker MS16 have to do with an organ? To use these on an organ you should be using DI boxes to convert to balanced lines into these speakers. Who knows what type organ you have as you did not give us a clue. There are some POOR QUALITY audio output add-ons that are foisted on people that supposedly put out line level audio from older Hammond organs... these are noisy and generate hum as they have not been engineered but instead tinkered.

Hum on channel 2.

I assume that the hum exists without any cables plugged into the input. If that is not the case, then make sure all input cables and source are using BALANCED lines. If the hum is present with no input cables, since this is a tube type preamp, the input tube for the bad channel is first suspect. It is likely a 12AX7 or 12AT7 type tube. Since there are two channels, the first thing is to SWAP the two channels and see if the hum moves with the tube... if it does replace the tube. I have seen another problem with preamps in general where bypass capacitors from either side of the XLR connectors to ground get zapped with static and one side shorts. This reduces the gain by 6 DB and leads to hum.

Im using a behringer ucg102 guitar/usb interface, im getting a very bad hum/hiss.. i've tried 3 different guitars and multiple jacks. im not running any guitar effects yet, i've removed the...

Try this using a differeent computer. Some computers generate a lot of digital noise. Also use a lot of gain from the guitar to improve the signal to noise ratio.

I replaced the transformer and fuse which is in a sealed compartment above the power supply connection in djx 700 (behringer) and still have humming in the new transformer

Transformers rarely fail... you wasted money on that... Likely one of the rectifier diodes/module or filter caps has shorted. Continued use will burn out the transformer. It is humming because it is overloaded with failing components.

My Behringer Ultrabass BX600 has a very loud, constant hum. I tried a new power cord, and speaker along with checking the internal parts for a burn spot and tight fit to no avail.

It is likely the power amp chip has shorted. This puts the unregulated dc into the speaker and you will hear the hum. DO NOT operate this way as you can burn up the speaker. You will find that the LM3886 chip on the heatsink has failed. They are about $7.30 from Digikey. They come in two lead bent versions. Make sure to get the correct version and use heat sink grease wheen installing.

I have a behringer bx4500h. pre-amp board has a noticeable hum that also reacts to tone controls. I need a schematic to fix it. Can you direct me to a schematic of this unit?

Behinger normally doesn't give schematics... However here is a link to a BX1200 schematic at a foreign site. OFTEN they use the same circuitry within a series of equipment.

http://elektrotanya.com/behringer_bx1200_sch.zip/download.html

Note it is a zipped file of both F and H revisions.

Please note that the symptoms you describe are NOT usually something you will find in the preamp, but rather in the interconnections. It appears that the BX1200 uses TRS inputs at the jacks... not sure what your BX4500 does...

Make sure ALL your interconnected equipment is powered from the SAME receptacle to avoid ground loops and hum. Use balanced lines everywhere possible.
