I had the same problem, but after much research was able to find it is 5802

I Just bout an r32 mk5 golf 4motion and it has eonon unit. The touch screen not working I can not move up or down the icons to turn blue tooth on. Or anything cant select between USB stick and sd card and not showing any maps the touchscreen not in any operation at all. Has anyone had this issue

i have this problem to i have used a y splitter but how do you turn on the sub port in the software interface ?

hi, i bought eonon E1012 on Eonon official, i also changed the wire so as to watch car DVD, but everything turn out to be fine.
I think maybe you have connect the wrong wire and have bum out the built in amp.

To be bluntly honest, the best thing you can do is buy another GPS: but spend the money on a good brand name like Tom Tom, Garmin, Navman, Uniden etc. Why? well I have two E0825 units and both have failed, one after approx 6 hours use it lost satelite tracking, and the second turned on once, and now wont turn on again. Purchase something that works out of the box, not something that requires days to charge like Eonon units do. Sorry for the negative answer, but just sharing my honest opinion.

Do you have the PARKING BRAKE ON??? You need to have the wire coming from the back labeled PARKING BRAKE hooked to ground. You also might have a radio damaged during installation. You can email me at [email protected], I am an unauthorized distributer of eonon radios...

You have only conected the live feed, that will cause the light to come on but not switch on. You must conect the switched live feed as well, then it will turn on.
