Question about Computers & Internet
I was sent information and saw ads on TV for $5 for 500 business cards from UPS. I spoke with their Chat lady because I was concerned that I couldn't view the crads before they were printed. I then asked if I could go into a local store and get them and was told no I could only get them through the online service. I ordered the cards amd paid $10 for deleivery. that was on March 25th. On Mondya March 31, I camd home to find a box with what I thought were my cards they had apic on the side of the box of the cards but when I open them they were not my cards but the cards of someone in Virgina Beach Virgina. i was shock and also very unhappy with the quality of the cards. i waited until the next day and called the number on the box which of course was the local store that I could not go to to get the cards but the only refernce to connect me with the cards. i spoke to the owner who told me that they had nothing to do with the card but deliver them. I sent UPS Corporate emails and call thier customer service and ws told that they could do nothing about the problem because it was the local store problem. I explanined that I had nothing to do with the local sote and that they had told me that I could not go to them for help and now they are trying to blame the local store for a problem they created. I woul like to get my money back since i have no cards and based on the card that were sent to me I am glad they didn't come. i beleive this was a attepmt on UPS part to get in the business or card make to compete with Vista Print and they thought how many people would comeplain about the $15.00 if the promotion didn't work they still made money off the poor quality of work and not having to return the money. Please help me get my money back they owe me $15. I have sent out a blast to all of my media friends to stay away form this scam. this is a sad day for the UPS reputaion. Please help me.

I assume you paid by credit card. just contact your credit card company and reverse the charges. explain the problem and the credit card company will give you your money back. no problem

This sounds like a poor put together pc. If the DVD drive does not eject then either the dvd is faulty or the IDE cable and/or IDE1 connector on motherboard is not installed, try ejecting through my computer(right click on drive then Eject), if this works the button is faulty. The same goes for the TV Tuner card, again possibly a corrupt or non installed driver, try re installing mother board drivers and card drivers. This really needs to be returned as the pc is not fit for it's use.

You have every right to return that item at bestbuy. Unless you have damaged it or too much time has passed since you purchased it. Demand to see a manager. Don't leave until they sort it out.
