My touchpad is not working for the laptop. I have reinstalled the drivers and done everything. I have also reset my laptop to original factory settings.
If you are technically inclined, you can remove the keyboard and check the cable for the touchpad to see if it has become unseated, if it hasn't, you may need to replace the touchpad, the cable, or the motherboard. This can happen if it has been droppped or jarred, or from a manufacturering defect

Dont buy hp there lower price range cheap put together even the batterys have a short life you would get better value buying acer hp quolity has been and gone
