Your radio is connected to ignition instead of accesories. Not all car locking sytems lock doors with ignition. Check with the supplier if known or with nistallers.
Check your fuses. Whichever one protects the circuits that stay energized when you shut the car off is probably blown; when you shut down the car, the radio's memory is being lost because it is losing power.
