clean the fuel out and the carb , make sure you are getting spark close the choke to start then shut if off or it will foul the plug

Dry the spark plug it might probably wet

clean the carb
put fresh gas in it
change the spark plug

clean the plug , when you start it shut the choke off

Assuming that you mean that the engine bogs down, try increasing the main jet setting by turning the screw CCW (looking at the outer end of the screw) somewhat. If no help, the carburetor may need cleaning to allow more fuel to the engine. Make sure the muffler and fuel filter aren't plugged. Hope this helps!

Have you checked for spark? You have drained the old fuel completely, and added brand new fuel,Right?

Is the spark plug getting wet or is it soaked?

yes and they will also fit ayp, husqvarna and poulan riders as they are all built by the same mfg. just be sure to get the snow blower that is for your modle tractor
