Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
goodluck!

SOURCE: My gmail account has been hacked and the guy using

Hi,

Sorry to hear that.

Go to Mail Settings --> Accounts and Import tab --> Send Mail As

1. In this section you should be able to notice the "cobb.shelly1@ymail.com" being setup as a Reply-to address. Just click on "Edit Info" link besides your email Account. Remove the YMAIL account from the textbox and click on "Next Step". Let "Send through Gmail" remain selected and click on "Save Changes". This should remove the YMAIL address.

AND you should do the following too (if you have not intentionally tweaked with this setting):

In the same "Send Mail As" area, choose - Always reply from default address (currently )

This should solve the Reply-To problem.

However, here are additional suggestions that you should consider implementing after the above -

1. Change your gmail password immediately at https://www.google.com/accounts/ManageAccount

2. Use the Gmail Security Checklist to provide you pointers on what could have gone wrong.

3. If you think that you are an advanced user, consider using the Gmail 2-step-verification for adding additional security to your account. Set up page here: https://www.google.com/accounts/SmsAuthConfig

Hope this was helpful. Pls. vote if it solves your problem.

-best regards,
Mrigs

I cant access my account

"Ymail," a division of Yahoo!, is not the same as the Yahoo! email service.
The main different revolves around the URL at the end of your email address.

Instead of "@yahoo.com" these addresses are written as "@ymail.com."
This slight variation might confuse you about how to log into your Ymail account.

The login instructions are similar to that of Yahoo! mail. Additionally, you can recover your ID or password if you have forgotten it.

Visit the Yahoo! login page by typing "ymail.com" into the URL bar.
This takes you to both the Yahoo! email sign in and the Ymail sign in.

Type your username into the "Yahoo! ID" box.
This is the part of your email address that comes before "@ymail.com."

Type in your password.
If your password doesn't work, or you don't remember it, choose the blue "I Can't Access My Account" from the bottom of the sign in box.

Choose the option that describes your situation best. Options include: "I Forgot My Password", "My Password Doesn't Work", "I Forgot My Yahoo! ID" and "My Account May Have Been Compromised". Press "Next."

Follow the on-screen directions to set a new password or recover your ID.

From the question you entered it is not clear what your question is.

The login page for yahoo mail in the US is this:

https://login.yahoo.com/config/mail?&.src=ym&.intl=us

Yahoo has a policy of deactivating and deleting accounts that have not been logged into for a certain period of time. If you are unable to log in, and you are sure you are using the correct username and password combination, then your best bet is to contact Yahoo to see what options you have to recover your account.

One of the drawbacks of free email services is that they're easy to forget you have an account. Yahoo! Mail is just one of those free email services.
Say a few months go by, you've turned your attentions elsewhere, but you remembered you have a Yahoo! account and you want to check your email.
But after you log in, it informs you that your Yahoo! Mail is no longer active. What do you do?

Log in to your Yahoo! Mail account as usual.
A message will appear that says your account has been deactivated due to inactivity.
Reactivate your Yahoo! Mail by clicking on the "Reactivate Your Yahoo! Mail address" link that is located at the bottom of the page.
Sign into your account at least once a month to avoid automatic deactivation by Yahoo! in the future.

Delete yahoo account

If you wish to delete your entire Yahoo! account (including Mail, Messenger, profile, other Yahoo! services), go to the "Delete user" page, and follow the instructions:
https://edit.yahoo.com/config/delete_user

Please note that's a permanent and complete deletion, which removes all aspects of a Yahoo user account.

See also this Yahoo! help page:
http://help.yahoo.com/l/us/yahoo/mail/ymail/account/account-11.html

-------------------------------
If you simply wish to close the Yahoo! Mail account (but without deleting other Yahoo! services), you should simply stop using the account. Yahoo! deactivates email accounts which are not used for 120 days. (You may later reactivate the Yahoo! Mail account if you wish, although you cannot restore old email messages.)

Aarizshaikh@ymail.com. login problem

Try going to Yahoo's account recovery page: https://edit.yahoo.com/forgotroot
It should help you with login issues if you've forgotten your username or password. It can also help you recover accounts that have been compromised or hacked.
If that doesn't help please describe the issue with more details and I'll try to assist further.
Please leave feedback if this was helpful, thanks!
