Well I think that the power supply piece inside of the other one is not working correctly so it keeps on buzzing you could get it repaired somehow or find someone or a place that fixes old consoles to take a look at it.
Well first of all we need to know where the noise is coming from. With power off, you should remove the transition panel, the toe panel and let the console come down. Then carefully you should plug the machine back in and be able to determine exactly where the noise comes from. Do this only enough to locate the source of the buzzing, then shut it down. Reply to get a proper answer.
I've had this problem too multiple times. Usually when it happens, the battery dies soon after, and once I replace the battery, the buzzing goes away. If you are having the same problem as me, try putting a fresh battery in :)
