Question about Gateway NV7915u Notebook
This problem is erratic, some times happens a lot, and some times only a few times, but it seems to be when playing video, fan is working.
It could be over heating. Try vacuuming the vents of the fan. There are vents air is sucked into the fan and exhaust vents that the fan blows the air over coils that heat the air. The coils get dirty. The next step for overheating is taking apart the notebook and applying new thermal paste. Taking apart a laptop is very involved.
