Question about Computers & Internet
I have a H.264 Network DVR User Manual & see Chinese but I can't login. How can I hard reset the device to get logged in or bring it up in English?
There is little point in posting a question with no real information.
Saying something is "broke", "doesn't work", "can't connect" or that you "need" or "want something" is pointless without ALL the information.
What actual products are you using? Makes, models, connections...everything about your problem is necessary. We are not there with you. We cannot see what is obvious to you. Most problems occur when you try to get something to work with something else. We need to know all the things you are using and doing that ends with your issue.
The issue is the last thing we need not the only thing.
If you did something stupid, then tell us. We aren't going to laugh at you, we want to help you. In all likelihood we did something similar and so we know if it can be fixed.
If you hope that by lying about the situation we will be able to fix your issue, you are WRONG.
If you are trying to do something illegal we know about that too.
We want to help you. We do not get paid for our work. We do it because we want to share our knowledge and help you.
If you do not post complete information, most likely your question will go unanswered, so you wasted your time and our time reading your post.

I love it when people provide so much information such as the make and model of the DVR and the ISP. Makes it easy to figure out the problem, which in this case is most likely the ********* who is asking the question.

try to configure the browser settings, follow the steps below
1. Go to internet options and select the security tab
2. Highlight Internet and click customer level button
3. Scroll down to the very bottom, under user authentication select automatic logon with username and password
4.rest customer settings to medium
