It don't have no power
You can go to most any auto parts store if check engine light is on. and they will scan it for free, and tell you what the problem is. but the light has to be on to get scanned. god bless!!
The most common problem for this symptom, is a faulty cap and rotor. When was the last tune-up? There are other reasons for a bad miss though. You may have another ignition related issue. Run a compression test first, check the battery and the charging system, look for loose or damaged wiring in the engine compartment. From there you can inspect the ignition system, and the fuel system. If there is any additional information that you can think of, write back. Maybe you noticed a light on the gauge cluster that was never on or flashing before. Good luck.
