Hi sky Try installing 1 of the drives as slave,or cable select if you're familiar with that method,and then start it up. Right click on the "My Computer" icon,then pick 'Manage",then down toward the bottom "Disk Management". When your list of drives comes up,make sure that the new addition has a letter assigned to it.You need to choose the drive on the bottom listings,not at the top.Rt click on it,choose "change drive letter and paths..." then pick a letter to assign. You should plug in the thumb drive, wait for it to recognize it, and then right-click on My Computer. Select the Manage option. Inside the Computer Management window, go down to Disk Management on the right side. The left pane will show you all of your local drives (hard drives, CDRW, USB, Flash, etc...). If you see your thumb drive listed in the drives, you can right click on it and select "Change drive letter and path". This will allow you to pick the drive letter you want as long as it doesn't interfer with any other existing drive letter.
