Restart pc and before first screen(when starting up) push F 11 and reinstall windows 7 if that don't work try F 9 or just put your reinstall disc (windows 7 ) into cd rom pick install.

SOURCE: forgot bios password
You might have to remove battery cell which is located backside of every laptop and then on your laptop try to access bios if it works then off the laptop attach the cell again in same position and enjoy bios without password.

SOURCE: By mistake I changed
To reset the BIOS password read the information from this link.
In case of your laptop the easiest method would be using software from Hiren's Boot CD as it's pretty hard to open it up and reach for the CMOS battery or the jumper and I wouldn't recommend doing it especially if it's under warranty.

User and Administartor passwords are only for your OS.
Windows® for Example
To reset your BIOS password, you must disconnect your laptop-battery. Wait a few minutes, and put it back in. Now your BIOS password has been reset and you can access your BIOS again.

You don't need the password then. Insert disc and erase away. Make sure save Administrator so you don' have to format again.
