Question about Saeco Vienna Espresso Machine
My machine is still leaking. It is clogged in the area behind the brew group where the water spout connects to the brew group. How do I unclog it? Can someone send me a manual? All of the responses before only tell me what I already know but not how to fix it...
I have had a similar problem. Don't know whether it was the same. Take out the brew group and low behind that is a V-shaped opening, with a small mouth pointing towards the front of the macine.
Take a large paperclip and open this small outlet. Then clean with a wet cloth the V-shaped opening behind it.
Thus MY problem was solved.
From your info it would seem that you already tried this.
Good luck! Bob Hempenius.
