connect the copier to computer through USB cable, turn it on, then re-install software it will recongnize the port and machine itself.

If u are running networking for your E450, make sure that printer driver is installed on your PC. If using SMB printing, u can edit the driver properties.

First, tell me do you currently have ethernet cable connect to printer? Is that network shared printer or local printer meaning you have usb cable connecting from you computer to printer?
I need to know these first before I can assist you.

Remove your printer from the PC and uninstall the printer software. Now reinstall the printer software and connect the Printer to be detected and installed. Check printer properties to see the ink levels.
Use head cleaning before a test is taken . If the error styas then it might be the mother board.
