Not sure what the question is but I would say to replace the bolts with ones just a little bit longer and use lock nuts on the topside to insure it doesnt come loose again... Best of luck.. If there is anything I can do to help guid you please let me know..

My electric lawnmower sometimes does not start, just humms. Then I TURN IT OVER, AND TURN THE BLADE A LITTLE BIT. the blade feels hard at first but soon feels loose. then it wil start as normal

The lawnmowers electric motor has a bad spot on the armature. You need to replace the electrical brushes that contact the motor. If you are lucky you may just need to clean them and reinsert them in to brush holders.

It is not good for that motor--drain and clean and expect plug may get fouled---do it the sooner the better.

You will have to check the key between the flywheel and the crank shaft. If the timing is off it will kick back on you. One more thing to check is that the blade is not loose this will also cause it to kick back.

Need pamphlet for Briggs,Stratton Eastern Lawnmower 2007 Took lawnmower apart, cannot find book on how to put it back together.

You must have model numbers to get any real help. If you mean you took the motor apart, you could go to www.briggsandstratton.com/ and download a manual.

Find your model number on your motor and enter on web site.

Electric Lawnmower stopped working.

You were NO help at all. I asked for a location to have an electric lawnmower repaired in my area. You gave me a source 2500 miles away. Obviously I cannot count on assistance through this site. What happened to REAL PEOPLE who can offer some intelligent reply? If I could repair a lawnmower, why would I need to ask you?

Troy Bilt Self Propelled Lawnmower drive belt

belts usually come off for a few reasons.
They become loose...stretch or the tensioner moves,  Make sure that none of the tightening bolds are slipping.  You can dab them with a bit of paint.
when the pulleys are not in alignment or crooked or bent.  Eyeball the path from one pulley to another, also make sure the tensioner is in alignment and there are no other obstructions.
good, high quality belts are required, and they must be real drive belts...not regular v belts.  If there is a way to watch the belt in operation you can usually see what's going wrong.
On my lawnmower I had to grind some metal away where the belt went from the motor to the transmission.  Good luck
