I have a Bulls PRO M6.0 bike and I can't remove the plastic cap on the crank side of the bottom bracket to get the cartridge out. How do I remove it? I assume it is left hand thread.

No specs available on bike, and you do not say what type BB, so very hard to advise. Also, your use of the word "cap" is confusing. There is a dust cap on most cranks that has to be removed to access the bolt that holds the crank on the spindle. If that is what you mean it is a regular right-hand thread.

If you actually mean the part of the BB that inserts into the frame (the ring/cup) then that is a left-hand thread, but the left (non-crank) side has to be removed first, and you may need a fairly long wrench to break the seal on the right side.

Is the crank shaft pulley on a renault 1.5 megane left/ or right hand thread

They'd be right hand threads-regular threads-to loosen, turn counter clockwise. An air impact wrench is best for removing the crank bolt. Or a long breaker bar and socket on the bolt, if you can hold the crankshaft stable so it doesn't turn backward with pressure on the bolt. You can pull the starter off, and wedge a big screwdriver or prybar against the flywheel's ring gear teeth, then turn the bolt with the breaker bar.

Is YZ 125 Clutch hub nut left or right hand thread

I don't Know, but the nut will be set to tighten when the crank turns. So just check which way the crank rotates while running and loosen in the Same direction.

The pedal assembly on my blackwater somehow got stripped always had problem with pedals coming off

If the thread on the crank arms that hold the pedals are stripped, you will need a new set of cranks. That is definitely a job for the bike shop. Make sure the pedals are snug in the arm, Right side pedal has right-hand thread, left side (looking down when you are on the bike) has a left-hand (reverse!) thread.

Crank shaft pulley

Should be a right hand thread . Only left hand threads I have come across are Honda's and some Mitsubishi's.
It will be very tight!
Hope this helps

Crank shaft bolt left or right hand thread on rav4

It's right hand thread, but very tight. One trick mechanics use, is to disable the igniton, and put a johnson bar on it, with it braced somewhere against a frame member, and crank the engine very briefly with the starter. The engine cranks clockwise so you must ready the bar against something in that direction. As you crank, the bolt resists in the counterclockwise direction and comes free. Sometimes makes a bit of noise, but it works like a charm.
