Need to know if my refigerator maytag mtf2193ar has any kind of system to drain defrost water because all that water is just acumulating at the bottom of the fridge and is just leaking out tru the door...

Yes the auto defrost drain water should run into a drain tube and out into a pan under the refrig where it just evaporates. You have a clogged drain and will need to look for it. Move your refrig out from the wall and you should be able to see the drain hose and get it cleaned out.Hope you find this helpful.

I have a G E Model #PDE18LBPBLBS that freezes in the drain and stops the fan from working so the fridge stops also.

If you pull the evaporator coil cover off and see that there is a lake of ice blocking your fan from turning, it's probably just a clogged drain line. Let it melt, then access the drain tube from the back and clean it out with a piece of mechanics wire. you can pull the tube apart just above where it bends. Be ready with a small container to catch all the water.

2005 Toyota Camry with moonroof...drains keep clogging up and end up with ''lake'' on passanger floorboard. sick of this ! Please send help !

You need to clean the channel drains, best way is with a long piece of semirigid wire that must have a blunt end so you can work it into the forward section on the drain and unblock the channel which runs inside the front pillar between the windscreen and front door.

Be very gentle as the channels here are rubber tubes and you do not want to rip them.

If it's a Whirlpool, and flashes seven times, then you have a heater circuit problem. You would need to diagnose which component is at fault

Nor-Lake walk-in cooler water leak

The evaporator drains into pan with a coil from the discharge line. The design is intented to sub-cool the liquid refrigertant as well as evaporate the condensation from the coil. Unfortunately the engineer started as career a shipping clerk and never received any further training.  There isn't enough heat or running time to evaporate the condensation from the coil.
The solution is fairly simple
A plastic tube  drains water out of the evaporator in the pan. You can extend the tube and add a defrost pan handled by your refrigeration wholesaler. Wire it so it is on whenever there is power to the unit.  This should get rid of the excess water. These pans are also used on some self contained coolers and freezers. They come in either 120 volts or 220 volts.

Water leaking into fridge

Open the back of the unit. There you will see a drain line. Use something to blow through it and clear blockage. If the drain is clear the drain pan may be rusted through. :)
