Question about Office Equipment & Supplies
My printer tells me that it's offline, out of black ink (replaced). I have replaced with a full cartridge. Reinstalled all programs, etc. I have tried to reset the printer by unplugging etc. All to no avail. Help!
Ok the bad news first is that maybe the issue is with the usb detection of your printer,or that the drivers are not installing.But id like to request you to call in to hp at 18004746836 so we at customer service can take care of your issue.
Good news you may get an upgrade option with atleast a 50% discount in place of ur old printer
