Looks like a valid model - e.g. portableone.com is selling it, but to verify, check the About information on the Settings screen. Samsung should be able to track it using the tablet's MAC address. Try Samsung Global in case this model is one sold outside North America.
the feature was either taken away, removed, changed or you device may not have fully updated, try and update again if this do not work then contact the company issuing update and inform them as well ads ask questions about if other users had the same issue, check to see if friends with same phone are able to do so. finally roll back you os(im sure you backed up your phone before the update- you can restore it o that point) more than likely the update removed this feature by mistake or changed the way its used, last your device may have not fully properly updated- also check for new software updates-Good Luck.
Galaxy Tab is not running on OS 3.0 (Honeycomb), that is running on the Xoom only.
Samsung would have to release an update for your Tab themselves. Google makes it available and only Samsung can make that decision.
