SOURCE: mixer tap on the kitchen sink
I'm Harvey the Master Plumber.
You want to know if there any way to tighten a faucet on a kitchen sink?
Yes! All faucets have to be secure, but there are as many diferent methods as there are diferent manufacturers. If you are unfamiliar with the diferent methods then you might not recognize the screw, nut, bolt or fitting when you look at it. Also, for many, a special tool is required. It might be wise to have someone local look at it.

if your valve is single handle there is usually a small
button type of cover for (sometimes rubber the size of a pencil erasure) that covers acces to a hex key screw that you have to remove to remove the handle
once you have removed the handle you will need a large adjustable wrench to turn a large nut that holds the cartridege tighten if still leaks remove and replace you can math the assembly at HD or Lowes

It appears that the seal at the base of the tap is worn or the screw collar is loose - try hand-tightening it. It may cure your problem. Plumbers tape is a white tape that helps seal water pipe joints!
