Question about Creative Labs ZEN V Plus MP3 Player
When i switch on my creative zen v plus the start up screen freezes and then it will not switch off or begin to play music, i have tried to connect it to the computer to re-load the firm ware as this has solved previous problems with my creative zen however when connecting my creative zen to my computer, my computer is stating that my creative zen is not connected to the computer even though it is.
I had this same exact problem. To solve it I plugged into the computer (if computer doesnt read it its ok ) then pressed the reset button for about 5 seconds. you should see a screen . Then press the play and power buttons on at the same time and you should get a recovery screen. You have three options. from ther you can rebooot and automatically upgrade the firmware after its been downloaded from the creative website.
