All new things like that has an instruction book and a registration paper. Follow the instructions on the registration paper and it will tell you how and where to send. Don't lose that paper or you will be lost in trying to register it.

Having trouble registering product

Try Black & Decker Tools. From there you can be directed to a link to register your item. Have the item name, model number, serial number, purchase date, where you purchased it, and any other info related tro your product. This should be all you need.... NOTE.... You may have to create a user ID and a Password to do this...If all else fails the toll free nuber on your registration paper work.....SOMETIMES it is great to have a person to person no cost to you as it is a toll free #.....Happy New Year....Joe
