Try looking on the internet. I do not expect you will find a solution in the dehumidifier section.

I recently posted about my Blyss dehumidifier not working. I removed the back panel for the 2nd time today and noticed the fan wasn't even moving. I spun it round (Health & Safety - with the plug pulled...

This is great. My guess it will keep working much longer. But perhaps when you put it down for a while you will enter the same problem. Electro motors, there are lots of different principles, sometimes stop on a point, they can't start. If this happens every time, you switch it off, there is a malfunction. this time, perhaps only a little dust gave to much friction, to come on.
The induction motor, in your Blyss, could have one defective coil in its rotor, but the chance it will stop on the same place again, will be slim. If it becomes annoying, because you have to rotate it more often, the motor should be replaced. (or start saving for a new dehumidifier)

Haier CPN12XH9 Portlable Air Conditioner/Heater - The upper water plug (which I can't find a picture of on any manual) accumulates water while the lower tank (where water should be) is dry. Unit is only...

Not up on the unit, but water condenses on the evaporator of an a/c unit dropping onto a tray, as self evaporating, would assume that the drain from that tray is fed to the top of the compresor, which will have a tray around the top, heat from the compressor will evaporate the water, same as with a fridge. In dehumidifier mode, water would need to be collected, rather than evaporated back into the atmosphere, defeats the object other wise. so is lower tank around compressor? that would be for a/c mode upper tank for dehumidifier

How do I change the filter? Frigidaire 70 pint. I bought one with no manual from Lowe's.

Here's a link to your missing Owner's Manual. Look under the section Care & Cleaning on how to remove the filter. This manual will prove invaluable to you. So download & print it for future reference.

I need the intruction manual for Delonghi dehumidifier model #DE40P.

Here is a link to the Owner's Manual, you're looking for. You can download and print the manual for future reference. Take good care of your model, perform routine maintenance, as required. As it no longer in manufacture. It has been replaced with a 45 pint unit. However, some parts your model are still available, if needed.

Hope this helped you.
