Question about Compaq Presario CQ57-339WM
Nothing happens when I try to type with the keyboard.
Simple way to confirm if it is actually a laptop keyboard failure. Plug in a USB desktop keyboard and let the drivers load. If the USB keyboard works then you have confirmed the laptop keyboard failure. Either that you can go to "start"- "all programs"-"accessories"-"ease of access" then choose "on screen keyboard". You are using Win7 I presume?
