My iphone 4 which i renewed in the last 3 months has frozen with no response, nothing on the screen at all, what can i do

all Apple iOS devices can give a reset, by pressing both, the home button and the on/off button, for several seconds. (long enough till the apple loge comes on the screen. Then wait about one minute and press the on/off button to switch on again. When really does not work this way (don't forget to charge) visit the genius bar in an Apple store.
Or check out the supper site from Apple and follow their steps in this link:

All of my buttons are frozen, phone starts up via

Hi There,
I believe that the ribbon attaching the keyboard and the screen may have become loose, that is why you are not able to make inputs to your screen. If your fone is still under warranty you should get it replaced as this is a manufacture fault.

Screen frozen and will not pick up location...

I had the same problem, and finally figured out to reset it. The reset button is on the left side under the strip. You need a pen to push it in. It took a few seconds to reboot but it came on normal after that.

Screen is frozen

Are you saying that nothing at all happens every time, or sometimes you get the wrong thing i.e. you touch Prog and Rep screen comes up? Have you ever recalibrated your screen? This should be done regularly - at least every six months, but I do mine monthly. The catch is that in order to do this, you need to access the Set Menu and if your screen is not responding at all this would be impossible. In the Set Menu on the last page (I think) there is a "Color Touch Screen Adjust" button. Use this to access the calibration screen, and you must touch exactly in the centre of the two crosshairs until they turn green. Instructions are on Page 31 of my manual.
