two of you needed here ,put a big screwdriver into the operating arm and pull it back so the piston goes in ,slacken bleed nipple then helper pushes clutch down -hold it down then tighten nipple .repeat a few times and you will feel pressure on the clutch arm ,now get helper to push pedal down and hold it down ,pull bar to push piston in as it moves you open nipple then close it after a squirt of air comes out and repeat this a few times and it should have a hard pedal
You'll need a helper to push on the brake pedal. Starting at the passenger rear open the bleeder screw and have your helper push down slowly on the brake pedal. Close the bleeder and have the helper let up on the brake pedal. Repeat this process until either there is no more air coming out of the bleeder or the fluid looks clean.
Continue this same process at the drivers rear, then the passenger front, and finally ending with the drivers front.
It is important not to let the brake pedal travel all the way to the floor during this process. Let it go to the floor can ruin the master cylinder.

1st need to know where the leak is? Is it a rusted line, or? To bleed after repairing leak, do the following: Have a helper start the Jeep, go to the wheel the greatest distance from the master cylinder, have helper pump brake pedal 3 times, pushing down about 1/2 way on pedal each time. 3rd time, he should hold pedal at 1/2 way down point while you open bleeder to let air/fluid out. As flow is about to stop, close bleeder. Repeat til all air removed. Check master cyl and refill often, because if you draw in air, you have to start all over. Go to the next wheel that's now the greatest distance from master cyl, repeat, til you get to wheel closest to master cyl. Done!!
