The speed sensor would probably be on the side or ontop of the transmission. I would order the part and look for its twin on the car and replace it. normally they are held in by a pressure plate with one bolt.

this is a lot of work you have to change the flywheel cut access panel for clutch pedal run new lines for master and slade cylinder as well as cut access panels for shfter cables the do sell kits for conversion with clutch pedals and most hardware hardest part is finding the right flywheel
