Question about Konica Minolta Office Equipment & Supplies
I've got a konica based copiers (a olivetti Dcolor MFP 362 plus), with a lot of users printing / scanning / copying on it. The scren is frozen 3 or 4 times per day. In this case we have to reboot. An idee ?

Yes have tech come out and re flash the firmware not the drivers but the copier firmware which is normal on a secure web site access to dealerships only.

You are getting a failure sheet. This happens when the scan doesnt go through. I think you are reffering to SMB scanning, which needs to have the following setup on both the MFP and the copier.
Host ID or NAME - IP address or hostname with DNS resolution.
Share Name - This is your SMB share name or folder share name on the remote PC
User Name - This is an account that is configured on the remote PC
Password - This is the password for the account setup on the remote PC.
Some things to keep in mind: Third party firewalls can block the bizhub from writing files.
Set share permissions to full control. (under sharing tab> permissions buttion)
Set NTFS permissions to at least write access. (if you have a "security" tab on the shared folder.
Or, you may see something like "allow network users to change my files" on the sharing tab. This basically does the same under different configuration scenario.
One last thing. If you havent changed anything since the problem started, it is probably just something like an expired password on the account that is setup for the copier.

turn of the printer. Hold the C and # buttons and turn on the printer. When the screen goes black it will be ready to be re calibrated. there is a white dot, touch it with a pen, another white dot appears, touch it with a pen. It will continue to turn on now with a newly calibrated screen.

Hello a Fiery print controller is basically a computer, which needs to be rebooted once a week to get rid of temp. files. Try shutting down each fiery every Friday and restarting Monday morning and your problems will be resolved. What model Fiery's do you have (IC-408, IC-901),? let me know which model and I can see if their is a patch to correct this issue. firstname.lastname@example.org PS: I am full line KonicaMinolta dealer
