hello i had the same problem after i reconfigured mine i could not gain internet access but as it turns out i hadnt payed my bill so it wouldnt allow me access with the same router as you
p.s my isp was digiweb

What is the mtu and can it be changed?
To change the mtu you have to login to the web page of the modem and from there you will have an option to change the mtu. The default will be 1492 , change that to 1400 or 1358 for reliable communication with the x-box.

First of all, please chk if this happens without the router. If it does, then talk to your ISP . Else, I would suggest you check if you can upgrade teh firmware of your router. The router's website, should be able to give you directions on that
