Question about Office Equipment & Supplies
Everything is cleared and I still cant get to stop telling me I need to open the rear access panel and clear
Clean off any dirt on the black rollers when you open the rear access panel. Also, if you have a can of air blow out the inside pretty good. The next thing I would try, is go to HP website and see if there is a firmware update for your printer. If, so download it and update the printer. Sometimes that will break it out of that error cycle.

Check that the paper feed roller is clean as if the roller slips it causes a late paper pickup jam but nothing will be in there also maybe a small torn piece in the machine some where. and check the fuser make sure that is it not stuck in there if no to all these then is will need a control board.

SOURCE: 202 pam jam
usually it means that a sensor in your fuser is bad. If you have a P.M. Kit replaced the fuser and clean the printer.
but before you do, make sure that you have cleared all jams, including in the fuser.
Its probably time for a Preventive Maintanence

SOURCE: rear access panel open
open the rear panel, check all path is clear. close the rear panel, mkae sure that the sides of the rea panel is locked in place. there is micro switch that detect the door panel. if the door is close correctly the micro switch os actived then you will get the error.

I removed the cartridge, pulled out the skewed paper and it ripped leaving a very small piece behind. This continued the notice 'paper jam'. I had to remove the two side springs, remove the two star headed screws nearby the springs and prise up the grill to remove the paper shred. Replace everything and the error message is gone and printer normal.
