The Tuscany Gas Grill line was manufactured by Sure Heat. I'm not sure that the parts your need are replaceable, as they are considered as part of the grill's body. However, you can call their Customer Support Dept @ 800-229-5647, to see if they can help you.

Hope this helped you and thanks for choosing FixYa.

New natural gas grill will not start. What are we doing wrong?

Is the inline gas shut shutoff valve, that's required by code, turned ON? Are you sure you're getting any gas to the grill? Have you tried to match light one burner to test it? That's where you need to start your trouble shooting.

Also, don't go by what it said on the box it came in. Check the manufacturer's tag on the grill to make sure it is in fact, a Natural Gas Grill. If it's propane, nothing you do will get it to light. Sometimes the wrong things get in the wrong boxes.

You have to make sure you have the drip tray set under the lip of the grill. The edge of the grill should be near the center of the cup.

First of all make sure you are preheating your grill to at least 500". Also make sure your burners are clean and clean your grates every now and then. Last make sure your are putting veggie or olive oil on the meat before putting it on the grates.

Clogged gas line new grill- our gas grill will not heat up properly it is relatively new and we bought it at home depot- help

Hello,

Check a few things:

Make sure your hose is not chewed or marred.
Make sure you are turning the unit on and off correctly. Webers are different than other grills to turn on /off. Please check your manual for the instructions on how to do this.
Another thing if this is propane it might be a spider in your grill that is clogging the unit for you.
go to: weber website they will be able to help you.
