Question about Microsoft LifeCam VX-6000 Webcam
I have a MS VX-6000 Webcam. It came with LifeCam 1.3 CD. It appears to have loaded fine with no errors. When I start the MS LifeCam software the audio and video work fine. But if I try to use Yahoo or Windows Live Call,it allows my to have a IM chat but never allows me to invite or start a video call.I have uninstalled and installed to not avail.I have been searching for a solution for 3 weeksbut no one has found the right ansewer yet.I'm hoping you can help. Thanks,Dave
Have you tried to set up the webcam via yahoo or MSN. Go to the options menu and select webcam. It should ask you to select a device to use as your webcam. If it is available select your webcam and continue setup. You will have to do this with both yahoo and MSN
